TI-UK is hosting a series of events around the UK to present the findings of the Corruption in the UK report and to look at the wider issue of corruption and how the problem can be tackled.

TI-UK is hosting a series of events around the UK to present the findings of the Corruption in the UK report and to look at the wider issue of corruption and how the problem can be tackled.

Recent events such as the phone hacking controversy, MPs expenses scandal and the spot fixing charges in county cricket have the fact that highlighted that the UK is not immune to corruption.

 

Transparency International UK recently published a report which examines the level of corruption in 23 UK sectors and institutions including prisons, political parties, parliament and sport.

 

TI-UK is hosting a series of events around the UK to present the findings of the report and to look at the wider issue of corruption and how the problem can be tackled.

 

The Manchester breakfast event will take place in Ernst & Young's Manchester office. The event will consist of breakfast, followed by a presentation and Q&A discussion.
